Underprivileged Children's Educational Programs (UCEP), Nepal is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) founded in 1978 A.D. by Dr. Lindsay Alan Cheyne of New Zealand. The main objective of UCEP is to uplift the living conditions of underprivileged, disadvantaged and working children by providing access to education and job-oriented technical and vocational training. In 1992 UCEP Nepal received the status of an independent and autonomous organization following formal registration at the District Administration Office, Bhaktapur under the Institution Registration Act 2034. It is also affiliated to the Social Welfare Council of the Government of Nepal.
UCEP Nepal's head office is situated at Sanothimi, Bhaktapur. UCEP Nepal manages four Juvenile Correction Homes in Bhaktapur, Kaski, Morang and Banke districts for the Government of Nepal.

Children and young people living in difficult circumstances will be provided education, protected against exploitation, and will have enhanced employability with self-dependence, self/employment and realization of rights and duty.

- Increase access of children and young people to social, technical and life-skill education.
- Take a leadership role in imparting correctional programs for children in conflict with the law.
- Play a lead role in transparency, research and innovation.
- Promote and expand market-relevant vocational training and livelihood opportunities.
